Lost & Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping or billing addresses provided at checkout.

If the error is made by our team, we will reship your item free of charge with no extra cost.
Customs & Duties

We do not cover any customs charges after your order has shipped.
